Liam Turned 3 last Saturday. I wanted to make his day special but, didn't have the energy for or want to spend the money on a big party. Carter, the lucky dog, has pretty much had a party every year since his birth. He's the first child and his mom loves to plan parties. But, as kids are added, that trend has got to slow down. Liam, the poor guy, has never had a party. So, I didn't want to settle for just a cake and a song this year. Thus, here's a log of our compromise birthday.
The night before, I made him a Lightning McQueen cake. Thanks Melanie for letting us use your cake pan.
At lunch time we headed over to Grandma and Grandpa's for a hot dog and marshmallow Roast.
