Our Family Motto

Quite some time ago I stumbled upon this blog.  I've never met the author, but it didn't take long at all for me to become a big Shawni fan.  She is just so dedicated to her family and convictions and has the best ideas.  Besides that, she seams to have lots of fun on the journey which is always important. 

Her blog talks a lot about family traditions and also about putting meaningful things on your walls.  And it was through her blog that I was inspired to come up with our own little family motto.

We have it hanging up where it's seen pretty often.  Then every Monday night during Family Home Evening, we hudle up and put our hands in together to chant it aloud.  It's pretty corny.  I'm lucky my kids are still little enough not to protest.  But, if it gets us closer to our goal of family unity, then wahoo!
